Cthulhu
The Sleeper of R'lyeh, High Priest of the Great Old Ones (a.k.a. Ktulu, Thulu, C'thulu, Thu-Thu, Tu-Lu, etc.)
Cthulhu is a Great Old One who rests imprisoned on Earth underwater.
Cthulhu once reigned over Earth together with other Great Old Ones and different extraterrestrial species such as the Great Race of Yith, the Elder Things, the Mi-Go and the Shoggoths.
His city R'lyeh fell long ago during pre-history where currently resides in as a prison he cannot espace from. His mental capabilities accelerated, while his body and wings degenerated making him seem like a rotten and overweight corpse. He rests currently in a sleep that closely resembles death.
He is said to look like a bizarre being with an octopoid head, small and underdeveloped dragon-like wings and a rough humanoid shape. He has two arms and two legs.
When " the stars are right", he will raise again from R'lyeh and call other Great Old Ones to Earth in order claim Earth as the domain of the Old Ones.
Cthulhu himself is one of the weaker Great Old Ones and is their high priest. He is also the father of many children and has many wives as his culture promotes free love/sex and polygamy.
He is worshiped by the Deep Ones, various human cults and the Star Spawn/Cthulhi, a race of shape-shifters that copy his appearance and see him as their master/leader.
