Elvish Hideaway

Sub-district in the South of the Hafen District which features a greater concentration, about 75% of of all Elves who live in Neuhafen. Due to this, aspects of elven culture, such as their bond with magic and nature are easily seen in the above average magical proficiency and the various trees which comprise the houses there.
