The Legend of Captain Seymoure

Almost all of the local legends around Inverness speak of a single man: Captain Konstantin Seymoure. This man was allegedly a pirate of renown who had a base of operations around The Hamlet of Inverness. And makes various appearances in tales and stories; and is considered a local hero. With many local festivals and believes centered around his enigmatic persona.
His most important tale involves a Tyranical lord (lord Felix Louis Weichselbraun) who ruled over Inverness and the surrounding land with an iron fist, enforced by hand. This man met his end by the hand of the heroic pirate, about 30 years ago The details of the tale vary wildly, but a cunning plan, and a daring escape (using a cargo barge) feature in many of the legends.
