The Treatise of Ad-hileas

The Document which signed an end to The War of the Windy Capein 5 PD and heralded an era of magical learning with the founding of The Night Grove Mage College. Three factions signed the document: The Ocean Guard to provide the study material, and the teachers; The United Gnomish Ridge to assist with the construction and finacing; and The Steelforged Clans to provide the land and construct the building.
