Kouridnaelos

A large city in it's own right, Kouridnaelos is...missing something. 
It lacks the history and culture of the other cities within Theostenes. That spark of life that makes the rest of the nation's component nation-states so vibrant and unique from each other.  
Constructed purely for the meeting of the State Council, the city sprung up around it as those that worked it's chambers and speaking floors required amenities and housing. They were, however, kept from constructing the things that would have truly made the city home. Public art is few and far between, or representative of every nation. Buildings are almost universally unadorned. Their only embellishment being the coat of paint on the walls and the shingles.  
All designed to be...all encompassing. Completely representative. Non-specific.
