Hjemis is the capital city of the Arnost Commonwealth and seat of the Arnostian Royal Family. The city sits on the banks of the Riv Stjana, against the coast of the Strait of Edagg and in line with the architecture of the Arnost Commonwealth has some of the most intricately designed buildings on Devorn.
