Hemmok Wraithmaster

Not much is known about Hemmok, besides that he isn't a fan/adversary to Speaker Ballan (though no one knows why), rumored to be here as long or longer than Ballan himself, runs the Chosen Brew, is only nice to Anna Fray (also, no one knows why), and previously owned a dragon dagger from Talia, who he met before she became a hunter in the hunting party.
Hemmok keeps to himself, actively dislikes magic, and just wants his patrons to drink and get out.
