The Shifting Maze of the Whispering Shadows of Outding Refuge

In -2977, a group of explorers stumbled upon a hidden ancient temple deep within the jungle of Outding Refuge. As they ventured inside, they discovered that the temple was not what it seemed. Corridors and chambers constantly shifted and changed, leading the explorers in circles and causing disorientation. Whispers echoed through the temple, seemingly guiding or deceiving those who dared to enter. The shifting maze became a nightmarish trap for the explorers, as they struggled to find their way out. Only a few managed to escape, their minds forever haunted by the menacing whispers and the unsettling nature of the temple. This event further added to the island's reputation as a place of mystery and danger.

This event would lead to the temples no longer being used and at some point the shifting maze seemed to stop... no one knows when since the ruins were avoided due to these events for a long time.
