Chi Points

Chi Points, abbreviated as CP, are a measure of how much spiritual energy a person has to perform superhuman feats. Typically used by martial classes, especially monks, it can be harnessed to amplify the user's strength, speed, and endurance, or at higher levels, condensed into masses of energy that can be launched or shaped into weapons or shields.
The amount of CP a character has, by default, is equal to [(Spirit + (Constitution ÷ 2) + (Strength ÷ 5) + (Speed ÷ 5) + (Agility ÷ 5) + Proficiency bonus) ÷ 2]. Every round (10 seconds) that CP is not used, a character may recover a percentage of it, determined by their Vitality. A character's Vitality is equal to [1 + (Constitution ÷ 10) + (Spirit ÷ 10)]%.
Some mages utilize CP in specific circumstances. Those with the Ki to Mana talent may use CP instead of raising their Stress Level in order to convert Mana from one color to another.
