Gratinia Maurellio's blackmail ledger

At some point prior to [DATE] 1358 DR (starting timeline), Gratinia Maurellio began keeping a journal of what she considered useful blackmail information. Her sister Listella engaged the adventuring party to steal it on behalf of the Nobles of Naught.

• About Martella Maurellio: reports of Martella talking to a man with a holy symbol of Bane; allegations that she may have had servants murdered
• About Count Radulf: reports of Count Radulf, Lord of Furthinghome working with shadowy figures at night. The figures have been seen going in and out of his manor, but with whom they are affiliated is unclear. Gratinia suspects a connection to the Red Wizards.
• About the Wholesome Secrets: a claim that this supposed brothel contains a well of acid into which debtors who don't pay are disappeared.
• About Malcolm the Quasit: a claim that Malcolm has tricked the proprietors of the Home's-a-Wastin', the Nolans, into thinking he is their dead son, in order to hide there from someone (or something) that's hunting him.
