Listella Maurellio

Listella Maurellio is the eldest daughter of Selentina Maurellio in Furthinghome, where the Maurellio commands significant wealth and power.

Although the Maurellios have a well-deserved reputation for miserliness and arrogance, Listella is a covert member of the Nobles of Naught. One of her secretive good deeds was stealing a blackmail ledger from her sister Gratinia. Although Gratinia had intended to use the information compiled in it for personal gain, Listella preferred to see it turned over to the benefit of the Nono Orphanage. She invited

Listella has had eight husbands, all deceased, occasioning rumors in the town that she is a black widow. In truth, Listella did not kill any of her husbands; but she loved only her first, Gerald. To honor him when he died, she became a cleric of Yondalla. As of 1358 DR, she is at least a 7th-level cleric.

It is likely that Listella cast the Curse of Yondalla on her mother Selentina. If so, it may have been because Selentina murdered Gerald, who was a halfling.
