Reform of the Tarii Army

The Tarii Army is reformed, heavily increasing the number of troops and intensely training them.

Rao Rimeram ordered a reform of the Tarii Army, recruiting many new soldiers and upping the training standards of the troops. Many more soldiers are stationed within the towns and cities, giving the Rao more control of their subjects. This create some unrest within the region.
