The Rao Rimeram (/rɪməræm/)
Rao Rim Mer Shenram
Rao Rimeram is a Soerdin born in Celtouma under the constellation of Mer. They are part of the Shenram Family; one of the ruling families of Celetarii, and is the current Rao.
Their surprisingly militant way of ruling makes them infamous across Dindeyyin, especially to those in Celetarii and it's neighbouring nations.
They are currently leading the war against The Sasailii who are trying to invade Pyusuru and the southern of the Murou'am Mountains.
Physical Description
Special abilities
Rim possesses the elemental power of consciousness, which allows them to alter what people can see, hear etc. This also allows them to sense if there are other people around them, as they can sense their minds.
The Rao is also infamous for their ability to decapitate people with a kick to the head, one that has been displayed many times in the current war.
Apparel & Accessories
Rim often wears traditional Celetarii clothing with their own creative flairs. Their clothes are usual dark violet with gold jewellery.
When in war or travelling away from Celetarii, they wear dark shoulder armour over a more practical robe.
Specialized Equipment
Rim has 2 pairs of blades: Their ceremonial pair, often used in cerimonies, which can be seen on their formal apparel, and their combat pair, which they often have on outfits when travelling away from Celetarii, or for battle. They also have a small dagger on them at all times in case of emergency.
They own many instruments due to their family's profession, their favourite being a string instrument called a Saroubao,

Personal history
Rim wasn't raised to be Rao, as a child they were taking care of their sibling, but after the unexpected death of the Hurao (heir) Saifenru, Rim was obligated to take the throne.
7 years of grueling training followed. Right before Rim was supposed to take the throne, they convinced the Celetarii Council to let them travel the world of Dindeyyin, in order to "understand the cultures of the world and improve diplomatic relations". This was ultimately a way for them to postpone becoming Rao, something they were dreading.
After the expedition concluded, a ceremony was held and Rim became the Rao of Celetarii. In the months that followed, a multitude of changes were made to the government and the army, and even the Rao themself. They became more cold and aggressive, reflecting the changes they made to the military. Celetarii became more and more hostile, and the soldiers held up to increasingly high standards.
These changes did not go to waste, however; with the Sasaillii forces attacking the southern Murou'am Mountains, the freshly reformed military was ready to defend. But the Rao did not only want to defend the mountains, they used this as an opportunity to declare war. The Sasaillii was not expecting this, as Celetarii had always taken a more neutral and defensive approach to combat. To this day, the war continues on, with the Rao even sometimes fighting on the front lines themself.
