Todd meets Stella Wayland on the first day of first grade.

Todd was nervous when grade school started and didn't want to go being naturally shy he kept mostly to himself for a majority of the day. Stella a rather smart girl who was apart of a jump start program and a social butterfly attached herself to him. The two have been friends ever since.
