Cirno, God of Chaos (cher-no)

"I will not sit idly by and watch the world change without me."

Once a harmless trickster god, Cirno aspired for more and begin to assert their will onto the mortal plane of Discordia. With no clear vision or goal, Cirno threw their power and weight in random directions and times and is largely responsible for the mass availability of dark magic and of dangerous creatures across Discordia. Cirno has since calmed down but has cemented themselves as the God of Chaos, and will gladly put their thumb on the scale on a whim.
Cirno has grown the ire of many a god in Discordia but none harbor a vendetta as harsh as Apotheca. Cirno enjoys taunting and flailing against the institutions that she has created. In fact, they enjoy that Apotheca has put a target on their back and revels in the game of cat and mouse.
