A deity of the sky whose whims come and go as quick as the moods of the sky he controls. Galungalm is the patron for those that rely on the grace of the weather, or those that wish to harness its own destructive power. 
Galungalm is willing to share the open sky, but those that seek permanent residence in his domain tend to gain his ire.
