Ruin, Goddess of Loss

"Some things cannot be fixed; they can only be carried."

The inevitability of death for mortals is often a reminder of their own mortality. Ruin sees this passing as an opportunity and as a celebration of the life the individual lived. Ruin offers peace to the mourning, the process their grief and celebrate the love of those they lost. Additionally, Ruin comes to those who suffer with a loss of some sort and offers to relieve them of the sorrow that is too much for them to bear.
