Ruler, The Caller of Storms

"Bringer of life, waker of winds."

The old god Ruler, would soar across the sky, leaving storms behind him in his wake. As the old gods began to band together, Ruler would visit the lands of his brethren to bring a calming storm of life to the land which bore the plants and fruits of nature. Now Ruler, has vanished from the skies, said to have sought an eternal rest alongside Vicefrost.
