The Arbiter of the End is a mysterious Deity. A being who appears to those in need, someone who is at a crossroads, those on the brink of death, those who are coming to the conclusion of a journey, or those who have traveled down a path with no way back. The Arbiter of the End is a friend who bears advice, or an adversary who seeks to judge them. The Arbiter of the End is not there to prevent the journey or to save those who encounter them, its simply a point to rest for the weary so that they may take the steps towards the end that awaits them. But no one knows, is the Arbiter simply there to greet you, or are they too, waiting for their end?
