The Capetower, officially the Cape St. Joan Superhuman Association for Public Security Headquarters, is the base of operations of the Cape St. Joan Superhuman Association for Public Security in Cape St. Joan, Oregon. A smooth and rounded-off structure that stands out against all the other skyscrapers in Downtown, it was built by none other than The Architect himself.
A giant pillar of glass and white synthetic, the tower was serves both as offices, base of operations and living quarters. Due to its prominent design and the city's colourful super history, it has also become a tourist attraction. The lobby is open to the public, but for everything else one has to apply for a tour, which are carefully overseen and usually booked out for weeks in advance, despite how expensive they are - an attempt of the city to recoup some of the massive loss they were running as a result of financing their supers and this building. The much cheaper option, and one many people take, is one of the reasons why there are quite a few benches spread around the place. Everyone hopes to catch a glimpse of one of the supers leaving or returning from their patrols.

Architecture
The Capetower is a giant pillar of glass and white synthetic. Starting out like a giant pillar, towards the top it spreads apart into multiple beams that carry an observation deck shaped like a droplet - much akin to a disc at the bottom, then rising gradually into a sharp spire.
With its white frontage and seamless building style, it looks like something right out of a science fiction movie. It is the highest building in town.
In the side walls on ground level there are lots of integrated garages that house the sanctioned supers' vehicles for quick deployment.
On the roof there are landing pads for helicopters.
A plaque at its foundation reads: "Cape St. Joan Superhuman Association for Public Security Headquarters".
