Sierra Rogers was born and raised in Gullford. When entering college she moved to Cape St. Joan. Eventually graduating with top grades, she joined the U.S. Army for three years, before applying to a police academy. After completing her further schooling and training there with equally flawless performance, she joined active service in the Cape St. Joan Police Department.
Rising through the ranks of the police force at rapid pace, she was assigned as the acting director of the Capes after the previous director quit their job in the wake of "D-Day". She also received a medal for her rescue and evacuations efforts during said event. She is already considered the most likely successor of Mark Bowman.
Rogers is married and has an adopted child.
