Purpose / Function

• to provide care/guidance for psychics on the West Coast

• to provide jobs and distribute psychics to other departments that hire them
• to have another branch to get care faster to psychics in need

the headquarters being in Suffolk (east-coast) they're sometimes to far away for employment or providing care

History

As Division P started to grow rappidly and they sometimes lost psychics because of the distance, the west-coast was created to offer a place closer by for some personal as wel as having another place to distribute help from
