it's important to create a safe, non-judgemental enviroment for the client so he/she feels safe to share his emotions.
A psychologist provides quidance for the client to sort out his/her feelings/condition and provides support and listening ear.
as the head, you also do this for the staff that works under you; you make sure they work in a healthy enviroment for them to thrive in.
