Sergeant
Requirements
To become a sergeant in the army
- you must first enlist and complete basic training. After that, soldiers must
- must be in service for 36 months
- must complete the BLC; Basic Leader Course
- must complete the WLC; Warrior Leader Course
Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team of soldiers
- making sure the team is trained and prepared
- liaison between the team and higher-ranked officers
- enforcing discipline
- providing guidance and mentorship to junior soldiers.
