Sergeant

Requirements

To become a sergeant in the army
  • you must first enlist and complete basic training. After that, soldiers must
  • must be in service for 36 months
  • must complete the BLC; Basic Leader Course
  • must complete the WLC; Warrior Leader Course

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising a team of soldiers
  • making sure the team is trained and prepared
  • liaison between the team and higher-ranked officers
  • enforcing discipline
  • providing guidance and mentorship to junior soldiers.
