Chromatic Pact

The Chromatic Pact (Draconic: Exil'vath Cathilian) is an alliance of five ancient chromatic dragons dedicated to freeing the dragon queen Tiamat from her imprisonment in Avernus. Each of its members possess the lost fragments of the five Dragon Souls that contain the souls of Tiamat's champions.
