Fire Giant

Fire Giants are a subspecies of giant created by the fire titan Kossuth during the Titanomachy.
The first Fire Giants were created by Kossuth from the primordial magma that flowed through Kossheim, imbued with the titan's vast knowledge of creation and warfare so that each fire giant is a master craftsmen and a skilled warrior in their own right. In addition to their role as Kossuth's foot soldiers during the Titanomachy, the fire giants were responsible for crafting the weapons and armor of other giants, being the first mortals to master the art of crafting weapons and armor from volatile elements such as mithral and adamantine.
Fire Giants were instrumental in the conquest of Daril'kossuth at the height of the titan's power during the conflict. When the war began to turn against the titans, those fire giants who were not driven into the Elemental Plane of Fire were forced deep into the Underdark, building massive stone fortresses in the magmatic caverns of Kossheim. Absent the leadership of Kossuth, these small pockets of giant society simply maintain their presence in the Underdark, executing lost outsiders that could threaten their isolated peace should their existence be made known to the surface world.
