Ishtarla

The Ishtarla (Primordial: lit 'water-kissed') are a subspecies of Genasi.
The first Ishtarla appeared on Sekajota due to the arcane influence of the water titan Istishia on the island's native inhabitants. The invasion of the sea giants during the Titanomachy forced the Ishtarla to flee to the nearby continent of Zandrazil as well as the far off Wandering Isles, with future generations of Ishtarla only resettling Sekajota after the sea giants were defeated. The Ishtarla population on Sekajota would later be wiped out during an attack by devils from the Nine Hells.
