Actions

The are four sessons and the establishment is a tier 3. That means that it will perfom 3 action 4 time every year. An example is that if you roll to "Generate Wealth" and get the avrage roll on all of them you will make. ((3d20 + location, (+10) + Relations, (+2) ) * 4) = 168 * 100 = 16800 gp every year. Any shareholder will divide this based on thire investment in the establishment.

The bank own part of the investment of the business. It is nothing strange and common and you can buy them out with time. They don't have the same right to demand how the establishment is operated. While they are part of the investment you will lose any generated wealth comperd to thire investment.
