Central World Council
An organization that has specialized in counselling between world-powers and countries. They provide neutral ground for world leaders to discuss sensitive political matters.
The council is located on an island situated between the north and south central seas, in the narrowest point between the two main continents. Hence the name Central island.
The council is driven by the native inhabitants of Central Island, the central Lizards.
As a council they provide a handful of services to world leaders. Some of them include mediating and providing safe-haven for political refugees.
They also have several centers built throughout the world to provide on-location support.
Besides providing support for world leaders they also help those in need, like the less fortunate and the common people. They help these people in their local centers and keep geopolitical support to the central island.
Structure
The council has a pyramid like structure. On the top is the leader who has 5 hand picked advisors under him to deal with most every day things. These 5 act as a council/support for the lower ranks.
The National, Regional and Local support can be of other origin than the Central Lizards, they can be felidis or canids. It is more common in the Assistant roles and Local support than the higher ranks of Regional and National support, though not unheard of. The Leader and their 5 Advisors are almost exclusively Central lizards.

The council wants to make the world a better and more peaceful place.
History
The Central island where the council is situated have long been a neutral meeting place for great world leaders to discuss political matters.
As time went by the natives started mediating in especially tense situation to avoid bloodshed on their island among their homes and on their streets.
Over time it developed into a proper organization with their own buildings and centers, both on and outside the island, for helping everyone from the highest political leader to the pettiest of inhabitant in the most remote places of the world.
I wonder how successful the Central World Council is for keeping or maintaining the peace? Its certainly an important, and powerful organisation :)
Fairly successful I'd say! I still need to get more into the nitty gritty details on how the council is run and how they help in conflicts. This article will be updated eventually. :D And they are powerful indeed, thanks to the smaller local center they have established all over the known world they are more or less known by everyone. There might also be a possibility of ulterior motives beyond just keeping the peace... But who knows for sure.
