Captain Isaac Flatmoore Rightor, Esq (a.k.a. The Demon-Wielder)
As a captain of the Iustus, a violent militant group formed in a narrow minded concept of justice and superiority, Captain Rightor is renown for his use of the shock and awe tactics of the organisation he hails from. As a Second Lieutenant he earned a reputation of cruelty after he led the charge against a group of freedom fighters in a farm town. Those who viewed said attack described him as "Having the temperment of a Demon and the mercy of an unfeeling reptile"
The remains of the farm town are still there, he intentionally scorched and salted the earth to prevent the chance of reoccupation.
Captain Rightor led a new classification for magic users and races within the land. He will apprehend anyone he deems to not fit his standard.
He specifically hates any beastial races, any "half beings" and anything he sees as not being a proper physical specimen.
Any sorcerers are "unfit" magic users, any warlocks are "impure" magic users due to their patronage and he barely tolerates the Clerical arts.
The people of the land despise him, but in his camp he is hard to reach and harder still to fight
