Hero

Heroes are figures that have appeared time and time again throughout the history of Donam'ua.  They are responsible for world-altering events, great feats of courage, and in some cases terrible actions that have shook the populace to its core.
While the term is often used to describe valiant adventurers who have saved many, historical heroes were often considered a separate entity altogether.  While adventurers have managed to do impressive feats, a Hero is truly capable of going beyond mortal limitations.  They can lift impossible weights, outrun the fastest beasts, and even heal broken bodies simply by sleeping long enough to have them repair themselves.
Heroes are not made, but born special.  The blood of heroes awakens in a handful every generation and many might never even know that they possess such legendary potential, but those who do wield the power to change the face of the Disc.
