Sailors tell tales of Krakens and Dragon Turtles attacking ships, dragging them to the depths. They tell no such stories of Leviathan. When the Primeval of Water chooses to surface and attack ships, there are almost never survivors to tell the tale. The monster is purported to have a long, serpentine body, crushing jaws, and also tentacles it can use to ensnare prey from men to sharks to whales. It generally bides its time in the dark depths of the ocean, but when provoked it will unleash its wrath on the surface. Facing the brunt of its fury is like facing down a hurricane. But when its hunger is sated and returns to the depths, cleansing rain washes away the destruction.
