Firemaw

Description

The Firemaw Group is a collection of adventurers, explorers and other travellers, whom have earned their marks as a persons of interest.
Most members are distinguished discoverers and/or inventors, recognised by their work in the field of adventuring. The Maw's role as a guild of Oea, is strange, as they generally cannot function as other guilds do. Where other guilds protects their workmen and guarantees the quality of products made by them, the Firemaw Group functions more like a club.
Individuals can seek council or guides from the group, but as the guild is the only provider of this type of work, their regulation is completely under their own jurisdiction.

History

The group has its origin in Simwok Town, in Fari'Ai. The town was known as an adventurer's city, as many quest requests were sent there. The group were created by the first four; Grinn Aveol, Tarvis Sardin, Zhima Hildebrandt and Alanderin Dreamweaver. The four build the first guildhouse on the river, about 6km out of Simwok Town. After Primordia was lifted from below the depths, the group saw an opportune moment to explore the new frontier.
The constructed their new guildhall in 3227, near the fortress of Candlekeep in the city, which is now know as Oea.
