Tlókon
Tlókon is a Mörkel kingdom on the central Plain of Kings, northeast of Fekai Lake. It's bordered by Lelenda to the west, Outer-Dagtí to the north, Asehon to the northeast, Þrihakía -specifically, the territory of Yrgan- to the southeast, and Aralrar to the south.
Tlókon's capital is Östal, located on the northeastern shore of Fekai Lake.
By the early fourth century, these tribes had formed a loose alliance to facilitate trading between the central and eastern kingdoms and -later on- between the Plain of Kings on one hand and the Minotaurs far to the south.
Much of Tlókon was conquered by the Tysíans and formed the bulk of their empire of Tartyslía during the fifth and sixth century, during which the Útlúkans migrated north to what is now central Outer-Dagtí. When Tartyslía collapsed due to near constant revolts by its subjects and resulting civil war, Tlókon initially split into North- and South Tlókon due to tensions between different tribes, but since it joined the Otra Alliance in the beginning of the eight century, they've managed to set aside their differences (for the most part, anyway).

Tlókon was settled by Mörkels in the late first century a.Dr, first by a group of Tysíans from Aralrar, later known as Útlúkans. The Útlúkans inhabited the western part of modern Tlókon, while later on a number of other tribes settled in the region north and south of them, most of which were absorbed by the Tlókonans to the north and Núrels to the south.By the early fourth century, these tribes had formed a loose alliance to facilitate trading between the central and eastern kingdoms and -later on- between the Plain of Kings on one hand and the Minotaurs far to the south.
