Andal Flintdust
Andal Flintdust is a merchant that runs a caravan that travels the route between Tarsis and Shalinost. His caravan was attacked by strange aquatic elves a few miles west of Shalinost, and was saved by Phaendar Zylsatra and few other elves that were in town waiting for caravan goods.
