Orver Fizzlerest
An eccentric Gnomish inventor in Neverwinter. He runs a shop/inventor's workshop known as Orver's Magnificent Marvels. He is a nervous, and very high strung little fellow, with pinkish hair and a bit of a stutter when he's thinking quickly. His vest and pants pockets are filled to overflowing with papers, trinkets, fasteners and various bits of junk.
When the party finds him, he is standing outside his tower, scratching his head and looking pretty nervous.
