The Ignae'novarum
The Igrae'novarum is the name of the building that contains the Temple of Moradin. This is one of the largest temples to Moradin in the surface world of Faerun.
It is a huge, geometrically shaped fortress with no curves, only sharp corners at odd angles, and seemingly carved from the very basalt that the temple district of Ivy Rock lies upon. It is the largest single structure in the city of Mirabar, and widely considered one of the wonders of this part of the world. A steady stream of pilgrims and tourists make their way up the 1,000 Steps to the base of the temple fortress. There has, in the last few years, been a cable car system installed to make travel back and forth to Ivy Rock from the Ruby District a much less... onerous affair.
