Zurtan Gang

The Zurtan Gang is the controlling criminal organization in the Draigenmore capital city of K'ylln.  Controlled by Zurtan itself, the Zurtan Gang controls almost all crime in the massive city of K'ylnn, from the Field Ward to the North Ward.  Operating out of an extensive network of checkpoints and outposts throughout K'ylln's vast sewer system, The Zurtan Gang often seems many steps ahead of the City Watch.
