The Treaty of Gelaea

The signing of this treaty on Aunbarys 19th, 619 E7 offically ended The Bloodmarch. The terms of the treaty offered a number of concessions to The Lacusta Dynasty, despite the war situation at the time not being in their favor. It is important to note, however, that the Dynasty is filled with many powerful necromancers and is led by Vampires, it would not take much for the tides of fate to return to the that of the early war.
In exchange for returning to their prewar borders and releasing any living and uncursed captives they had, The Dynasty would be paid "The Blood Tithe". On a regular schedule, Palatrea and Valkynd Kingdom would be expected to send them a tribute of either donated blood or living sacrifices.
The Treaty also saw the rulers of Bearharbor and Murashi swearing fealty to Valkynd.  Later Valkynd would rename themselves as The Valkynd Empire.  Bearharbor and Murashi were valuable members of The Steel Bulwark, but were concerned that their involvement in the war left them politcally vulnerable.  The inclusion of their vassalage was their idea.
