Ikaris
Tucked between two of the larger red and pink tents of San Futas sits a small, dark blue tent. A hastily constructed sign in front reads "A peek into your future starts with a step inside."
Once inside, the tent is rather dark, lit only by an abundance of small little white lights that reflect an illusion of stars onto the tent surface. A The only structure of note is a large cloth-covered table in the middle of the room, a crystal ball resting in the center. Behind it, a hooded figure glances up at you and spreads his arms wide with a grin, silver jewelry jingling with the movement and scattering the light around the tent.
"Welcome, Welcome... How can I assist you today? Ah, allow me to guess... you wish to know your fate? Wish to know what is lurking behind that shadowy veil of tomorrow?"Beneath the dark cloak is a reddish-orange-skinned middle-aged tiefling man with short devil-like horns that proturde from his forehead. His hair is white, streaked with shades of blue and black. There's a glint in his eye as he alternates between assessing his client's face and the crystal ball that swirls with a vortex of stars. Ikaris claims to receive his divining abilities from the God of Fate, Caliban, and does appear to have powerful abilities to, at least, delve into someone's past. Whether the client believes that he possesses is a similar power to look forward is up to them... Beyond fortunetelling, Ikaris appears to be in the market for making deals. Should you agree to assist when called upon, he will grant you some of his divination abilities.
Repaying a Debt
Upon finding Ikaris' tent in Caliban, the tiefling revealed that he owes Atu – Newt's father – for saving his life many years ago. As such, he has put forward his talents and skills towards finding Atu's children... or at least those that remain. He has settled in Caliban to watch over one of Newt's siblings, a white dragonborn by the name of Sage.
