Queen Eleté
Seated upon a flower-laden throne and draped in an ornate cloak of flowers inlaid with an almost ethereal glow is a dark-skinned woman with dark braided hair that fades to green and then to pink. her face is adorned with dark golden marks with an emerald gem set in the center of her forehead. The eladrin Queen Eleté – blessing from and of Tel'Rhea – presides over her realm from her throne beneath the gaze of the large, all-encompassing statue of the Mother Goddess herself. As the theocratic ruler of the city of Life and the fertile lands of Tel'Rhea, Queen Eleté presides over both political and religious affairs, supported by the Ladies of Life and other attendants within the House of Life.
Queen Eleté is the picture of authority wrapped in grace and femininity. There is always a soft, comforting expression on her face – a small smile and a twinkle of fondness in her eye – and her voice mimics her expression: sweet, soft, and melodic. The Ladies of Life, however, will warn that her demure nature has a limit. If shown disrespect, she will respond in kind. For she is the physical manifestation of the Mother Goddess who views all as her children... and she is more than willing to discipline her children, harshly and swiftly if needed.
