Savant Three
Long ago, Lark'Hal was once a haven for blood witches. Among them was Savant Three, though her number was much higher at the time. In times of old, she would roam the Dune Sea atop the back of her Sivat (Speckle) and her loyal bloodhunter Gyasi. When she would return to the small Heart of the Desert, she would spend time amidst her fellow blood witches and their hunters before setting out once more. But then the Purge began and crimson flooded the streets of the Desert as blood witch and blood hunter were brutally murdered. When the Purge had finally simmered, settled, and faded, Savant Three was one of the few blood witches to return to the place of her birth. Although it took time, she chose to forgive the atrocities that had occurred in the Desert and continues to travel the Dune Sea alongside Gyasi and Speckle.
Until the Dread King's War broke out. It was Speckle first who died and then her sisters vanished. Lured to her future prison, Savant Three chose her blood hunter over herself. And for centuries she has remained in a comatose state, trapped, used, and abused by the genasi royal families for their own monetary gain. Her blood flows to fuel the inspiration and creativity of the people who's god allowed both the Purge and this abuse to happen.
Before her imprisonment and abuse, Savant Three was a quirky, eccentric, and passionate individual with a real love of the desert, life, and people. She enjoyed sharing her talents and interests with all and watching others grown in their passions and skills. She was once willing to assume the best in people... but now Savant Three has become bitter, warped, and vengeful. Long have they used her to create and inspire, perhaps the desert deserves to be deprived of that. Where once she assumed the best, she now assumed the worst. Where once she was merciful, that concept no has no place within Savant Three's heart and mind. Above all, however, she is a broken woman – only half of her survived. The halfling blood witch had an incredibly close bond with her blood hunter, Gyasi. Restrained and being drained of blood, she watched him die and decay in front of her, left unburied. She refused to accept his fate and speaks to him as if he's there...
