Tim-Tam

An elderly goblin is immediately identifiable amidst the other people of the 4th Ward by the massive teal-feathered headdress that he seems to wear all the time. Beneath the feathers, he wears a crisp, clean vest and a belt of various potions in ominous colors strapped around his waist. Amidst the members of the 4th Ward, he is known for his poisons and, as a leader of the 4th Ward, he has dedicated his workshop space for his experiments. Everyone in the 4th Ward knows when TimTam is making a new poison... because his favorite test subject is himself. It's more common to find him afflicted by some symptom, condition, or disease than to find him perfectly healthy. Still, he seems to act jovially.
