Kalanthus

Kalanthus seems to be one of the few towns which has at least in part survived the rise of the Sludge, and civilization still exists within its walls.
It is led by its mayor, Saan, who we know nothing about other than the fact that hes probably not just the mayor a medium sized town in Darthas.
