the territory agreement

A contract made by the four institutions that were responsible for the dark war. The Tzuderic Empire, The Galiter Empire, The Union of the Northern Clans, and Yerisol decided to part Chaupful to five realms, each gets one realm. the fifth realm was in the middle and was held by the The Nomad Senate who did not agree to cooperate with the others but were too powerful to ignore during the division.

Purpose

The agreement was made to give each of the four governments an agreed upon area to rule and to colonize. After the dark war, everyone was afraid that a war would rise again and so the agreement was meant to quell territorial disagreements between the four and avoid conflict.

Clauses

The agreement is divided into six parts:

The historical Element

the first part of the agreement describes the history of the four nations and the creation of The Tree Covenant and The Open-Cave Alliance. It talks about the events leading up to the dark war, from their rise up to the night of black skies.

The Aftermath Element

In the second part of the agreement, they talk about the dark war and its impact on society and the world. They mention the great loss of all parts of the war and the terrible usage of aederial stones and [aederial cores] for mass destruction. In this part, they also claim that it was not one sides fault and that they were all to blame for the war

The Reasoning Element

In this part, each side mentions its reasons for accepting the agreement. All parts mention the dark war but each has its other reasons for pushing this document (for example Yerisol wanted to stop the Galiter empire from conquering their territories).

The Conclusive Element

This is the most important piece of the agreement. In it is written the final decisions made, which were separated into five main ideas:

• The deformation of both alliances created during the war
• The territories and borders of the realms (The borders of Ezernal were not defined due to them staying out of the accord)
• The formation of a new alliance of the four realms
• A promise to help each other and the other realms recover from the war.
• A promise to remember this war for the rest of time (Starting a new counter: A.U - After Union)

The Practical Element

This chapter of the written mentions the length of the agreement and how it will be enforced. The agreement will last for a thousand years and will be protected by the four realms. There is also a request to all current and future realms to help accomplish this and a prayer to all gods to keep the peace.

The Signing Element

all four rulers signed the agreement both with their name and with their realm's name.

Caveats

The agreement will last for a thousand years. The four institutions promised that if one of them breaks it, the rest will declare war on them. In addition, in the text there is a request to both other existing realms and any future realms that may develop, to help incase of such scenario.

the territory agreement

W.I.P We have gathered here today in the name of peace and life for an attempt to restore harmony to our beloved world. This agreement will be spoken by a single person but it represents the words of Emperor Morad Dutral the winner of the Tzuderic empire, King Sedirian Bogmir of the Galiter empire, Thel Par of Yerisol and Lord Feisen Ro, Lord Tait Menathi, Lord Nurizon Eder, Lord Garson Ro, and Lord Xeleha Andin of the Union of the Northern Clans.
Since the beginning there were many quarrels between the four large bodies of Chaupful. Over territories, religions, ideas, property, It does not matter. we searched power against others and protection for ourselves and so we created alliances, defending each other. The Tzuderic empire joined the Union of the Northern Clans and Kirnora and they named themselves "The Tree Covenant" while The Galiter empire joined the Yerisol and Zemuaz, calling themselves "The Open-Cave Alliance". The quarrels continued but at least they were more peaceful and uncommon. None of that however was important when one of the most important materials in human history was discovered. The aederial cores changed our life forever and gave us explanations to what we had yet to learn. The Open-Cave alliance claimed they can do as they wish with their cores including human testing and research but the Tree covenant denounced those actions and told them to stop immediately however they did not comply. The tension broke when a leader of Yerisol caused a fire in the Tzuderic empire so large that to this day it is remembered as the night of black skies. After the fire the Tzuderic empire declared war and so began the most glooming period of our era which was fittingly name the dark war.
As We were selfish, letting our small unimportant ideals trample the one true meaning of this world, which is life.
We promise this agreement will last for one thousand years or until is irrelevant and will be secured and executed by our four realms. We ask the four other realms and Kirnora, and their rulers and citizens to help insure peace and harmony. As well we will wish for all other realms, governments, and men which will come after us to remember our agreement and respect its written clauses. Most importantly we ask our gods as well as all other gods and goddesses to give us their blessings and fortunes for the millennia to come.
