Storm Avatar. Once Aldron Briggs is reduced to half of his maximum hit points, his form begins to crackle with electricity. All hostile targets that start there turn within 10 ft of Aldron Briggs take 1d10 lightning damage. In addition Aldron can now add an additional 1d6 lightning damage to every hit he makes with Sawtooth. Once he is reduced to 0 hitpoints he will be replaced with The Brigand Breaker.

Actions

Multiattack. The Brigand Breaker makes two tentacle attacks, each of which it can replace with one use of Fling, and two Sawtooth attacks. Sawtooth. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage and 6 (1d10) lightning damage.   Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (3d6 + 7) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 20). Until the grapple ends, the target is restrained. The Brigand Breaker has four tentacles, each of which can grapple one target.   Fling. One Medium or smaller object held or creature grappled by the The Brigand Breaker is thrown up to 40 feet in a random direction and knocked prone. If a thrown target strikes a solid surface, the target takes 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it was thrown. If the target is thrown at another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take the same damage and be knocked prone.   Blight Shock. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 21 (3d10) lightning damage. On a hit the target must make a DC 14 constitution saving throw or become paralyzed until the end of there next turn.   Sea Kings Rage (Recharge 5–6). All creatures within a 30ft radius of The Brigand Breaker must make a DC 16 dexterity saving throw or take 27 (4d10 + 3) lightning damage and become blinded until the end of there next turn. On a success the target takes half damage.

  • Centered on a point of The Brigand Breakers choice, a bolt of lightning arcs down from one of the various crystals and everything in a 10 ft radius of of the bolt must make a DC 14 dexterity saving throw or take 12 (2d10) lightning damage and half on a success.
  • A thick heated steam covers a 20ft ft radius centered on a point of The Brigand Breakers choice. All creatures in the steam are considered to be in rough terrain and take 5 (1d8) fire damage at the start of there turn if they start in the steam.
  • A length of chain springs forth and attempts to wrap around a random target, the target must succeed on a DC14 dexterity saving throw or become restrained. The target must than succeed on a DC 17 athletics check to break free of the chains

Appearance (Elf Form)

A very tall high elven man that looks to be middle-aged. His neat and pristinely combed platinum blond hair frames his handsome clean shaven. He wears a long black and red privateers coat, and white trousers. Hanging from his belt is an immaculate silver rapier encrusted with ivory and diamonds, almost like a pure streak of white. His piercing brown eyes critically asses each of you in turn.

Appearance (Waking Nightmare Form)

A nearly 12ft tall figure with pale blue blubbery skin, four large tentacles for legs with slightly glowing acid green suckers lining them. He has a humanoid torso with spindly and elongated arms. His chest is bear with vivid black geometric tattoos covering his chest and shoulders like a mantle. Growing out of his entire back and part of his stomach is a horrifying and yet beautiful bed of red, yellow, and purple coral. His head is partially that of his previous self but his eyes are glowing yellow with cats pupils, his slicked back platinum blonde hair now shifts and moves as if he was underwater. And when he smiles it reveals a full mouth of sharks teeth.

Mini Backstory

  • 18 Year Old: His mother left their family when he was young and he fell out of touch with his father because he believed that he was too soft.
  • 330 Years Old: Marries his first wife and she gets pregnant but she dies during childbirth bringing their triplet daughters into the world.
  • 343 Years Old: Gets a business opportunity in the Trident and sends over his new family, he sets sail a week later but gets shipwrecked and has to pledge fealty to a kraken to survive.
  • 350 Years Old: Remarries and tries to have another child but makes a deal with a kraken to help him be able to have another child. It worked but his daughters were turned into horrible monsters.
  • 356 Year Old: He eventually betrays the kraken and makes it his pet, using it to wage a covert war against the Plunder, under the guise of an angry kraken.
