Mini Backstory

8-20 Years Old: Darin meets Helene after he is taken in by the crew as an orphan. They first can't stand each other, then become best friends, and finally when they were about 16 they fell for each other pretty hard and promised that they would be together for as long as they both lived.
21-26 Years Old: Darin is captured during a bank heist by Aldron Briggs. At first he is kept in luxury but as Helene continues to disobey Aldron, Darin’s situation gets worse and worse, ever heaving his arm lopped off. He is now held under the Moonglade Theater.

Plot Hooks

If Darin dies to Aldron then it will turn Helene against everyone she knows.
If Helene finishes the job and kills their whole old crew, Darin will not want to be with Helene once he is freed.
