Those seeking a more robust secondary weapon were left sourcing their own, leading to a huge influx of Northstars and Final Remedies. The VSI-Annotation, constructed by Toro Arms, addresses this need - and then some. While Analysts will continue to carry their namesake pistol, retrieval teams will be the first to field the weapon. The new design represents a significant increase in output versus older Toro Arms thermal pistols, rivaling even full-fledged shotguns.
