Shimmergems

The currency of Glitterstone is known as "Shimmergems." Shimmergems are small, polished gemstones that come in various colors and sizes, symbolizing the wealth and abundance of the city. Each Shimmergem is intricately engraved with the emblem of Glitterstone on one side and a depiction of a significant dwarven achievement or legend on the other. 
Colloquially, Shimmergems are also known as "Shim" ("three-hundred-shim", "a shim for your thoughts"), or "Gems" ("better show me your gems"). 
The word "Gemshine" is also used to describe someone's remarkable or exceptional talent, skill, or personality. Example: "Her singing voice is a gemshine, captivating everyone who listens."
