Saibra is the Spellmaster of the Board of Transmutation in the Cobalt Sun. Her age is unknown, other than the fact that she has been a member of the Cobalt Sun since its founding. Her species is also unknown, as is whether or not her form is even her true form, or if she is under the effect of a polymorph, true polymorph, or alter self spell. She does not speak verbally, only ever speaking telepathically or broadcasting messages mentally. No one knows her true intentions.
